Welcome to the free sports betting tips for June 20th, 2016.

Where do I begin today? I mean, obviously the right place to start is Cleveland’s ‘great escape’ in winning the NBA playoffs, after being 3-1 down to Golden State in what looked like an insurmountable position. However, LeBron led by example and somehow, against all the odds, the Cavs have won the playoffs, and you could see how much it meant to LeBron post-match, as he just let it all pour out. This is an NBA finals series that will go down in history, and the Cavs/Warriors rivalry could be on for the ages.

Elsewhere, Dustin Johnson finally broke his Major hoodoo, winning the US Open in what can only be describe is a crazy final round of golf. We had most of the field implode, Johnson getting a penalty AFTER his round was over, but he still managed to come away with a comfortable win in the end. If you had followed Graeme’s tips, hopefully you’re laughing all the way to the bank. Of course, he’ll mention it on Wednesday and give you a bit more info on his win, no doubt. Nico Rosberg won the European Grand Prix in Baku, England have won a rugby union test series in Australia for the first time ever, France and Switzerland are through to the knockout stages of Euro 2016, while Albania will have to wait and see, and Andy Murray won a record-breaking fifth Queens title, beating Milos Raonic in what seemed like a desperate situation, after the Canadian went a set and a break up, going 1/10 on Betfair, too. If there’s anything else I forgot, other than Chile putting 7 past Mexico in the Copa America, sorry, but this weekend has just been crazy in terms of sporting action.

Now, remember, we have tips and previews up for today’s Euro 2016 action, which is the final two matches from Group B:

England vs Slovakia Preview & Tips
Wales vs Russia Preview & Tips

Now, with that out of the way, let’s get on to the free sports betting tips for June 20th, 2016.

MLB Betting Tips

A lot of baseball action going on tonight, so we’ve got a long day ahead of us, that’s for sure.

Where should we start? Well, Mariners to win is the first selection of the day. This isn’t because I’m a huge fan of Seattle, but Mike Pelfrey and the Tigers’ bullpen have just been that bad that we have to go against them, and since the Mariners seem to have the ability to close out games, and Nathan Karns have been solid so far this season, it’s the sensible play here.

Giants -1.5 again is a bit of a no-brainer here. The Pirates are seriously struggling right now, and facing the Giants isn’t going to help them get out of this slump, especially with Madison Bumgarner on the mound. Seriously, it would take nothing short of a miracle for a team this badly in decline to get anything out of this match-up. when you add in that Jeff Locke has been shipping runs of late, the Giants should win this comfortably, so taking the handicap line is the way to go here. It’s a real mis-match.

Red Sox -1.5 is the final play here. The White Sox had a tight one against the Indians last night, which isn’t going to help coming up against the Red Sox and Steven Wright. Not that the game was ever going to be easy, but things just haven’t been going the way of Chicago recently, and losing 26 of their last 36 isn’t going to be helping their confidence any. This should be comfortable for the home team, and the line-up should also take care of Miguel Gonzalez, who got hit around the park by the Lions last start.
