What a great period it’s been in golf lately, and I hope you’ve been following all of our golf betting tips.

Since May 22nd we’ve had 5 straight wins. May 22nd saw Matt Kuchar get a nice place at 20/1 odds in the AT&T Byron Nelson. I then correctly predicted that Jordan Spieth would win the D&D Invitational at 6/1 odds the week after that.

We were celebrating with Matt Kuchar again in the Memorial Tournament as he placed in that. Then the following week it was Dustin Johnsons turn with our accurate prediction of him coming in the Top 5 in the FedEx St. Jude Classic.

But probably my happiest win was last week in the US Open, with this great Dustin Johnson win:

It’s not just the money – hell we’ve won a lot more – but it was the way he won, the drama at the end etc. Just absolutely amazing and it was great to finally see him win a major.

Hopefully we can follow up with another winning week. This week I’m purely focused on the PGA and European Tour events and to be honest I’m being a bit wary. I’m feeling pretty damn confident and honestly that can be a bad thing when it comes to betting – so I’m going to be advising just some small bets this week.

The first betting tips are in the Quicken Loans National. I only have two tips for this one.

I’m first going to go with the 25/1 Marc Leishman but I am only backing Leishman with a quarter unit, and betting him to win or place. I’m not fully confident in Leishman but he has did well at this tournament before and this is the type of course where he could come out and really up his game. He’s going to need to after some weak performances recently.

I’m also on Shawn Stefani. Along with solid course form what really stands out for Stefani is his performance at the FedEx Classic. He had two amazing 65 rounds. Stefani is a risky one because he can be very erratic – but I liked the way he hovered around par as well as the Classic and think we might see a similar performance here.

Next up is the BMW International and I have four quarter unit bets on this one – all of them to win and E/W.

The first two I am on are Fabrizio Zanotti and Pablo Larrazabal. There’s just some things I like for them and I think they could put in surprisingly good performances here.

I’m also on Thomas Bjorn. He’s not been playing well but he’s performed good on this course previously. I looked and he was off form when he had solid performances here so that’s a good sign.

Finally I’m betting Tjaart van der Walt but that one is not a confident pick – more just his name popped up a bunch in my research and even though I can’t see it – I had to bet it.

I’d stay away from Stenson and Willett this week. Willett I haven’t liked his form and think he is up for a downswing while Stenson – who knows how healthy he actually is.
