A very nice 3-0 night yesterday.

I knew that the Clemson Tigers were good this season, but I didn’t realize they were that good. It really makes you rethink Notre Dame in the last round. Were they better than we thought? Because Clemson really is that good. They made Alabama look like a Division-II team as they just absolutely dominated them 44-16. Hard to believe they were getting five points in this one.

That closes the book on another college football season. I’m sure that both of these teams are going to be back in the mix next season. They are just too deep, too good at recruiting, and honestly, too big to fail. I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Clemson and Alabama in the national title game.

We also went 2-0 on NBA with the Bucks and Pelicans both winning easily at home. A good night overall, let’s keep it going with another one here.

College Basketball Betting Tips:

We did well with Minnesota last week. This feels like one of the more underrated teams in the Big Ten and tonight feels like a good time to capitalize on that. They play Maryland at home and are a -1.5 favorite. This should be more like a -5 or more line as the home court in college is so huge. The Gophers are a great play and I’m going with them here.

Bet Minnesota -1.5.

NHL Betting Tips:

The Capitals just continue to do their thing. Ovechkin leads the NHL in goals scored which is really impressive when you consider his age and some of the amazing young talent in this league. The Capitals play the Flyers at home today and I am loving the Caps here. Philly has lost seven straight and I don’t see that getting much better with Braden Holtby in net. This is a first place team against a last place one and I honestly thought this puckline would be much higher. Jump at it here and make some money.

Bet Capitals -1.5 (+130)

NBA Betting Tips:

Denver Nuggets vs. Miami Heat: The Nuggets have been having an outstanding season, but tonight the injuries and schedule might be catching up with them. This is their third game in four nights and the second half of a back-to-back. They are without Will Barton and I just think this team will be tired today. Miami has been playing some solid of late, going 7-3 over their last ten. This should be a close one, but I really like the Heat tonight.

Bet Heat -1

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Miami Heat: I don’t love this tip from a match-up standpoint as I don’t believe the underdog can win, but it feels like the Cavs are getting way too many points here. The Cavs have lost nine straight and something has to give here. They do have a win against the Pacers this season and Indiana is in the midst of a long road trip. Just feels like maybe we get a close one here.

Bet Cavs +10.5
