We continued our winning ways with another profitable MLS outing on July 21st, 2019.
We went 1-1 but for a slight profit due to the odds we bet.
We took DC United or Draw for 2.37 odds. Unfortunately that one didn’t pan out due to some bad luck. Atlanta United won 2-0 thanks to goals in the 89th minute and 92nd minute. Atlanta WERE the better team and deserved the victory to be fair, however it’s still frustrating to see it happen in that manner.
Luckily our 2.25 play came in with ease. We had New England Revolution to continue to pile the misery on FC Cincinnati and they did so with goals in each half by Carles Gil and Antonio Delamea Milnar for a relatively easy 2-0 victory.
Sadly no MLS until the weekend now. I miss it already as does my bank balance!
A lot of Europa League/Champions League this week but I don’t feel comfortable tipping the qualifiers. I’ll hop into the Brazilian Serie B instead. i always enjoy Brazilian soccer tipping from a statistical perspective.
Coritiba vs Vila Nova Betting Tips:
it’s still early in the season here with just 10 games played with every team, so promotion and relegation isn’t something that is really on everyones minds yet.
It’s very close in the top half of this table currently however, so that must give teams like Coritiba a boost of confidence and eager to get the wins. They’re 9th place for example however are just 5 points behind top of the league Bragantino. So every win can matter as it can be a massive boost to going up the table. Vila Nova are on 11 points so hovering just above the relegation zone – however a string of wins could see them right up there at the top.
I like Coritiba at home. They’ve been fairly solid there in the 5 games they have played with just the one loss to Parana. That was a closely fought one and Parana have the 2nd best away record in the league joint with Londrina, who is the other spot on an otherwise perfect record, as they drew 0-0 with Coritiba.
It’s too early to come to any real conclusions but Coritiba seem to be a solid team at home. Vila Nova meanwhile really struggle to score and I think Coritiba can win this one 1-0 or 2-0.

Guarani vs Cuiaba Betting Tips:
Just one of those games that when I take a quick glance at it the verdict “DRAW” pops out then I can’t peel myself away from it.
Guarani are 2nd bottom of the league currently and Cuiaba are 6 points above them. Guarani struggle to score with the worst offensive record in the league but Cuiaba score less than a goal a game.
Guarani just got a solid 0-0 draw away to Botafogo and they have decent results at home against Vitoria and Figuierense. Cuiaba are a solid away team and I think these two are evenly matched.
