It’s our favourite time of the week here at SportsBettingTips.org – that time where we sit down, relax and chat with the online sportsbook Sports Interaction

If you’re new here – be sure to read through our sports betting blog. In there, we have all of the previous chats with a sportsbook and we get down and dirty in a variety of topics.

Let’s catch up with the guys from Sports Interaction and see how the last week was for them:

How was the NBA?

Your average week. The best game for us was the Bobcats covering the spread when they played the Toronto Raptors. Being a Canadian sportsbook, we get most of the action on the Raptors – even moreso now they are a good team. So any time they fail to cover the spread, especially against a team like the Bobcats, you know it’s a good week for us.

College basketball was a lot bigger though – and not in the good way.

Really? Why?

Lost a bunch on the Duke vs North Carolina game, when Duke won. I mean the Conference Championships are starting – this is where we see a lot of serious punters. People who are doing their homework, and people who don’t normally bet but are doing just that. Going to be a big time for us with March Madness.

How’s the Soccer been?

We’ve pushed it a lot more this year. It’s been quite interesting to see. People bet more on the team, as opposed to the competition. For example wherever Manchester United are playing, they are getting a lot of the action. Man Utd vs Arsenal in the FA Cup was massive.

However the game we took the most action in was Real Madrid vs FC Schalke 04. Madrid always attract people when it comes to betting.

And NHL?

Had a lot of action on Islanders vs Leafs – where the Leafs failed yet again.

Hockey is interesting at the moment too. You have the Winnipeg Jets who are just hammered with injuries and it is continuing with Byfuglien out as well as Bryan Little. That’s brutal. Just injury prone like crazy that time. We’re seeing the usual betting action decrease as the injuries continue to pile up, when it comes to the Winnipeg Jets.

The Predators are another interesting team who had a recent 6 game slump. They’re a team you don’t want to bet to on the puck line. If you bet the spread you’d be down over 17 units on the Predators.

What’s on Track for this Weekend?

We’re looking forward to the Pac-10 and think Utah may shock everyone and get the win. Especially with Arizona focusing on the Big Dance.
