As it gets colder outside, the sports get hotter. February is an outstanding month in the world of sports as it is highlighted by the most watched sporting event of the year: the NFL Super Bowl. The 52nd edition comes your way this year from Atlanta, Georgia. Of course, the game is usually second to the spectacle. The commercials are always big and this year’s halftime show will be headlined by Maroon 5 and also feature Travis Scott.

If football isn’t your bag, there are tons of good basketball and hockey games on the schedule. Both of those leagues feature their trade deadline this month as well so you can be prepared to see some player movement as teams jockey for position heading towards the playoffs.

This is also a great month for the other football as soccer’s Champions League gets down to the nitty-gritty as well as the FA Cup’s last 16.
