Welcome to the Sports Betting Tips for November 8th, 2014.

It was a profitable night last night with the bettng tips, but it could have been so much more.

Our bad luck was in the NHL. We had the Sabres to beat the Oilers. Sabres took the lead twice but couldn’t hold on and just kept turning the puck over to the Oilers. We also had Carolina -1.5. They won by 1 goal but that was a very frustrating game – they had 8 freaking power plays and only like 10 shots throughout all of them. An off night for their offense – any other night that was an easy one.

In NBA we went 1-1.

Thankfully the profit came from UFC and the English Championship. In UFC, we had Chris Clements to beat Grujic and he did just that – and holy crap what a card that was. Just a ton of fun with 11 finishes in 11 fights – a new record for the UFC.

We also won with Bolton. We backed Neil Lennons men at a high price and they duly delivered to make it a profitable day. Thank you Neil Lennon.

We ended up pulling a late night last night with Football Manager 2015 – sorry about that! We’ve missed all the EPL games. Here’s todays betting tips:

NBA Betting Tips for November 8th:

We’ve got 3 NBA Betting Tips for today.

Bulls vs Celtics Betting Tips: The Celtics have been written off this season, but they’re still hanging in there. Their offense in particular is looking hot and they’re passing the ball around well. They’re going up against the Chicago Bulls as underdogs. We like this game to be competitive, with a fair amount of points in it, and are going with Over 194. We think it should hit the 198+ mark.

Grizzlies vs Bucks Betting Tips: We have to go with the Grizzlies here, even though the Bucks won us money last night. Grizzlies are just killing it at the moment. Everything is going right for them and they move the ball around well. Bucks we think will be a bit sluggish tonight. Take the Grizzlies -5.5 – we feel this should be a 9.5 point spread.

Heat vs Timberwolves Betting Tips: With the Heat falling apart the last two games, we’re very surprised they are 7.5 favourites going into this one. Yeah Rubio is injured and all – but they still played extremely well without him yesterday, and adapted to his absence. We’re backing the Timberwolves +7.5.

NHL Betting Tips for November 8th:

Hoping for a better showing tonight, with 4 tips for you for the NHL.

Grand Salami: We think it will be a quiet night, around the 60 goal mark even. Go with Under 66.5 goals. FYI you can place the Grand Salami prop bet at https://www.Bovada.lv.

Capitals vs Hurricanes: Two hot offenses. The Canes were off last night but still got in 2 goals plus the overtime goal that’ll give them confidence. Taking Over 5.5.

Canucks vs Kings: Canucks are going into this one as underdogs. Not a surprise considering the Kings home record. But when you take a minute to look at that 6-1-1 it’s a tad misleading, considering it includes Oilers, Sabres and Jackets. Take the Canucks at 2.10.

Lightning vs Blue Jackets: Blue Jackets are our “always bet against them” team at the moment. Take Tampa to win. Regulation time win is 2.00 odds which is a fair price.
