The last day of 2014, and we’ve still got some free sports betting tips for you. Can you believe it’s the 31st of December, 2014? Where’s the year gone? We know it is a bit of a cliche, but still, it’s flown by. It feels like no time at all since the Seahawks were winning the Superbowl and LeBron was still enjoying the heat in Miami. What a year it has been. We’re looking to end 2014 with a bang, and we’ve got a couple of NHL and NBA tips to go along with our look at New Year’s Day’s English Premiership action.

On the topic of the Premiership, remember that we have this great free $50 bet promotion with our friends at Bet365 for the Stoke vs Manchester United game. First of all, you need to get an account at https://www.Bet365.com so you can take advantage of the free bet.

Bet $50/£50 before the match, then bet $50/£50 during the match or as soon as it starts and if the in-play bet is a loser, don’t worry, yuo get your stake back. So your $50/£50 back if it loses? Not bad at all. Remember, this is our selection for that Manchester United versus Stoke game, which the free bet it on:

We are going to bet Man Utd to win pre-match. 1/1 odds on them and we like them to come out firing after the goalless draw at Spurs. Then during the match we’ll bet Over 2.5 goals at 21/20 odds. We feel that’s the more risky bet of the two.

So head on over to https://www.Bet365.com for the free bet.

Now, onto the Free Sports Betting Tips for tonight’s action and tomorrow morning/afternoon.

NBA Betting Tip:

Milwaukee vs Cleveland.

Man, the Cavs are a mess. Did they think they were going to be this inconsistent at the start of the season? We hope not, but the fact is, they are there for the taking right now, and although it’s the Bucks they are facing, what should be a comfortable win now looks like a tight one. The Bucks are huge value at nearly 3.00, and we can see them winning at least once out of every three meetings right now, so it’s great value. Get on the Bucks to beat the Cavaliers or if you want to limit the risk, take the +4.5 points for the Bucks as it’s going to be close, so the 4.5 points might just help you out. Whatever way you look at it, this one-man Cleveland team are in trouble right now.

NHL Betting Tip:

Toronto vs Boston.

This is a trip that the Leafs will not be wanting to make. They are struggling to hit their stride right now, and could use a few easier games just to get back into some kind form. Instead, they go to Boston in a game that the Bruins are going to be looking to win comfortably to help turn their playoff fortunes around. And they started their home run in style, thrashing Detroit 5-2 in a very one-sided affair. That confidence will stand them in good stead for tonight, so we like Boston -1.5 goals to beat Toronto tonight. It’s a tale of two teams, and we think an easy win for the Bruins is on the cards tonight.

Edmonton vs Calgary

We don’t have much to say here, other than a comfortable win is on the cards for the Flames tonight. Take Calgary -1.5 goals and we’ll finish 2014 with what should be a comfortable win for the Flames against a rotten Edmonton side that simply don’t look like winning every time they take to the ice.

EPL New Year’s Day Tips:

We’ve already got the Stoke vs Manchester United free bet and tip mentioned earlier, so let’s look the rest of New Year’s Day’s fixtures.

Southampton vs Arsenal.

We’re looking at a must-win for both sides to start the New Year. Neither have looked great over the festive period, although Southampton’s draw against Chelsea will have been a highlight for many over Christmas. Both teams will be going for the win, so we like over 2.5 goals in this game. Southampton’s defense is stingy, but Arsenal are all about the attacking game.

Manchester City vs Sunderland.

3 points will be staying in the North West, that’s for sure. Even the usually tight Sunderland defense can’t cope with Manchester City’s attacking flair. Not much value to be had around this, but if you’re looking for a bet, Manchester City HT/FT is the play here.

Newcastle vs Burnley.

Who will be leading Newcastle tomorrow? That kind of uncertainty doesn’t help a team, especially a team that has been as inconsistent as Newcastle. Unrest in the changing rooms doesn’t bod well for teams, and with Burnley snatching a point against Manchester City, the boys in Claret will be flying. Take the huge price on a Burnley win because 4/1 is a big price given the circumstances.

Hull vs Everton.

We can’t see a line to take here. Both sides leave us scratching our heads. Everton are missing a few pieces to become that complete team, and Hull are struggling at times. If we were pushed to take a line, the Tim Howard injury has come at the worst possible time for the men from Merseyside, so a Hull win might not be the worst bet of the day. But it’s a tricky game, so bet cautiously.

Liverpool vs Leicester.

It’s going to be another defeat here for Leicester, we think. After hating on Liverpool for so long, they’re starting to turn the corner and look decent. Not Premiership contenders, but solid enough. Leicester will be rolled over, and Liverpool will be hungry for goals, especially early ones. Liverpool HT/FT is our play here, and we like it a lot.

Aston Villa vs Crystal Palace.

We’re looking at this with the bounce factor of a new manager in the Crystal Palace dugout, but Pardew might not be there yet. Still, nothing helps a team like a fresh face in the dugout. And Aston Villa are a great place to visit to get a result. Look for a Crystal Palace win on New Year’s Day to get Alan Pardew off to the best possible start.

QPR vs Swansea.

Like Hull vs Everton, this game has nothing for us. It’s a tricky one – both teams have been terrible at times and the bookies have been tight with their lines. There might not be many goes, so perhaps under 2.5 goals is the play, but we don’t like it in the office. It could be a thriller, or it could suck. Either way, the bookies won’t be getting our money on this one.

West Ham vs West Brom.

West Brom are terrible, and the fact is this has West Ham winTottenham vs Chelsea.

Biggest game of the day? By a country mile! This should be great, and we can’t help but feel Jose Mourinho is starting to worry. Another outburst at the treatment of his team has us thinking he realises his side’s position at the top is at threat from Manchester City. But he has to worry about a resurgent Tottenham side that will be buoyed by their draw against Manchester United. Both sides could snatch a win here, but the consensus in the office that Tottenham vs Chelsea to draw is the play here. It should be a feisty one, regardless of the outcome.

And that’s all your free sports betting tips for the 31st of December, 2014. We’ll be back in the New Year with tips to get 2015 off to a great start.
