We’re one week away from the Masters and I’m already working hard on it. Actually truth be told I started working on the Masters Betting Tips yesterday. Not because I’m that eager but because I got confused and thought it was this week!

I’m all mixed up at the moment and I was right confused when I went online and saw they only had the outrights and no other betting opportunities.

Still that early research will help and I’m looking forward to it. Going to be a good one.

In the meantime we’ve got a lot of golf this week and along with NHL picks for tonight I’ve also got golf for the 3 big tournaments this week.

Let’s get to it:

Golf Bets for March 29th, 2017

So first up is the PGA and the Houston Open. I’m placing 3 bets all for a quarter unit.

First up I’m taking Rahmbo to win. I’m not 100% on this one and I think Spieth might come out of nowhere to take it – but Jon Rahm is in absolute beast mode at the moment and I’m fine with backing a hit golfer. The big thing for him is his consistency we saw on the amateurs and he seems to relish this sort of thing.

My next ones are to win and E/W and generally long shot bets – on Cameron Tringale and Charles Howell III.

In the LPGA I’m on Lexi Thompson and Charley Hull. Both of those bets are to win and E/W for a quarter unit.

Finally probably a throwaway bet but Scott Dunlap stood out to me on the Champions Tour due to his form here. He’s not been doing good lately but he might just have a surprise in store at a course he’s good at. To win and E/W of course.

Hockey Bets for March 29th, 2017

Blackhawks vs Penguins: The Hawks have owned the Penguins the last 5 games between the two. The Penguins have a lot of injuries and are probably not going to risk too many players or risk too much in the games until the playoffs. The odds too have the Blackhawks as underdogs and I think they’ll want to break their losing run more than the Penguins and will be hungry. Blackhawks to win including overtime and shootout.

Kings vs Flames: I can’t tip anything but the Flames to win here. In the race for the playoffs the Flames have been the one to step up over the last few weeks. Yeah they’ve had a bad run of it lately but there’s no argument they deserrve to be in the playoffs. The Kings have had a few crucial games and lost them – especially the Oilers/Flames games. I can’t see the Kings keeping their run alive. I mean they’re just postponing the inevitable if they do that. Flames to win.

Avalanche vs Capitals: Everyone will no doubt be all over the Capitals today as they should be. However the Capitals road form is still a concern and they struggled last night. I think Avs will make a go of it tonight – they’ve certainly had no problems scoring even when they lose – and will take the Over.

Blues vs Coyotes: The Blues are essentially in the playoffs. They’ve had a great run to get here and they’ve thumped the Coyotes a couple of times recently. Personally I think they’ll take their foot off the gas here. I can’t advise the Coyotes to win due to how the Blues are playing at the moment but I think this will be an upset. No bet.
