Welcome to the Sports Betting Tips for January 22nd, 2016.

We’re busy watching the Abu Dhabi Golf at night so we’re a little bit late with the tips. Was a pain waiting for it only for the delay due to fog. Martin Kaymer is only a couple of strokes out of a place and we’re hoping he can get a big win.

Jordan Spieth looks lost – which we aren’t complaining about that’s for sure!

We’ve got a busy weekend ahead and people looking for WWE Royal Rumble 2016 betting picks great news – we’ll be covering that Sunday morning with betting tips for the Royal Rumble.

We’re looking forward to Sunday most. Two massive football games and then we have the Rumble. What a bloody great day. Plus NBA and NHL action – man, how can anyone not like sports? Gotta love it.

We’ll be making some slight cosmetic changes to the site over the next couple of days so if you notice anything out of whack – that’s why. It’ll be just minor things and we’ll have it all sorted soon though so no need to worry about that.

Scottish Premier League Betting Tips:

Aberdeen have managed to get back on track for the most part – they haven’t lost since October 31st. They need that to continue if they wish to challenge Celtic. Dundee have had a fair amount of competitive games and battle hard.

Take Over 2.5 Goals in this one as it’s a big game for both teams.

NHL Betting Tips:

It’s one of those days where with 6 games on the board I feel like providing betting advice on every one of them. Let’s get to it:

Ducks vs Capitals: A very interesting game. The Capitals continue to steamroll the majority of their opposition and usually by a few goal with very few slips. They’re going up against the Anaheim Ducks who still slip up from time to time but have looked a lot better. This is one where I believe Capitals can take care of business and will go with Capitals in regulation.

(Update: Game Postponed)

Red Wings vs Sabres: We’ve got to go with the Detroit Red Wings here. They are just an extremely good team on the road and have had so many road wins. Buffalo were feisty here last time with a 3-4 loss to the Wings but we will take the Wings to win.

Rangers vs Hurricanes: The Rangers take on the Hurricanes looking to win 2 games in a row for the first time since mid-November. We feel strongly that the Rangers will win this one. The odds are tight but we feel just slightly in our favour and they are worth a bet here.

Islanders vs Senators: The Islanders go into an interesting game and we like the value on the Ottawa Senators. Ottawwa at home and they usually put in a solid performance here. Big underdogs as well and we will take that.

Blackhawks vs Panthers: What a tricky game. The Blackhawks just lost their streak while the Panthers look absolutely horrific. This could be a messy game. Honestly the only thing we can say here is to avoid this one.
