It’s the big weekend – the regular season of the NFL is over, and we’ve got the NFL Wild Card Weekend to look forward to.

We’ve got two games today that we will analyze, in the Cardinals vs the Panthers and the Ravens vs the Steelers. Tomorrow we’ll have betting tips for the Bengals vs Colts, and Lions vs Cowboys.

We are absolutely pumped about this weekend and we hope you are too.

Of course we’re more pumped for UFC. UFC 182 is tonight, and it’s Jones vs Cormier. Despite being massive UFC fans here, all of us sat here yesterday scratching our heads trying to remember the rest of the card, prior to the weigh-ins. That’s pretty bad – especially with such a potential stellar card. But then it says it all about this main event – nothing else matters.

Let’s get to the betting tips:

UFC 182 Betting Tips:

The first bet will be for Jones vs Cormier. This is where you have to use betting theory. We like Jon Jones to win – however -175 odds is not that great a price. If you want to go for it then do – but we prefer using theory to get value.

We believe that Jones will win – and that it won’t be a decision victory. It’s really hard to see Jones winning via decision. If we believe he will win it’s based on winning inside the distance. You can make that bet at https://www.5Dimes.com.

What we’re betting is Jones to win inside the distance at +155.

Also we’d recommend a value bet on Jones winning in round 1. It’s very possible he gets off to a huge start, and we think he has what it takes to get the win in round 1. +600 odds for that one which is a very nice price, and worth a small value bet.

Cardinals vs Panthers Betting Tips:

Panthers are -6, and this is a no-brainer bet on the Cardinals really.

They’re 11-5, compared to the Panthers record of 7-8-1. Throughout the regular season, the Cardinals were the better team by far and that 6 points is a gift.

We would recommend a bet on both the Cardinals +6, and also the Cardinals money line. Yeah the Panthers go into this game nice and healthy for the most part, and obviously the quarterback situation with Ryan Lindley could be an issue – but the Cardinals know that’s their weak point and they’ll do what they can to protect him.

Go with the Cardinals +6. They are a team that are more than just a quarterback and running back.

Ravens vs Steelers Betting Tips:

Steelers are on home field, and are the favourites by a measly 3 points. THey come into this after winning their last 4 including 2 wins over the Bengals. Ravens struggled a bit – Jaguars almost beat them FFS.

In a game where we feel it is very close – we have to go with the “it factor” – and the “it factor” in this game is Antonio Brown. We just don’t think there is anyone on the Ravens who can cover this guy. If the OL does his job then it’s easy peasy – just keep chucking the ball deep for Brown.

This should be a tight game, but we like the Steelers to win by a TD.
