We have two games taking play in the Vysshaya Liga in Belarus on Friday, May 8th.
We also just got the news that the Bundesliga is looking to come back. It’s funny as on one side I’ve been sitting here thinking man who cares about football – let’s be cautious etc etc.
But then they announced the Bundesliga is returning on May 16th and I couldn’t be more excited.
One of the first games back will be Schalke vs Dortmund too. An absolute belter of a match. Dortmund are in 2nd place 4 points behind Bayern Munich, while Schalke are in 6th place and battling for a European spot. Should be a very fun one.
That’s next Saturday and I it is amazing me how excited I am. I haven’t backed the Bundesliga much this season but I know I’ll be betting the hell out of it.

FC Slutsk vs Energetik-BGU Minsk Betting Tips:
Our favourite team, FC Slutsk, are 2.15 favourites going into this one.
They continue to be on a roll. Five game unbeaten streak with that sole loss to Dinamo Brest. However they are a bit of a concern in that they can’t stop conceding goals and have 0 clean sheets all season long. That’s a concern going against Energetik, who generally average just over a goal a game.
Energetik are 4th in the league. However they just had a bad run going with a three game losing streak where they couldn’t score prior to that 2-0 win over Smolevichi.
This is one where I feel it’s really a coinflip, and with 2.15 odds I’ll take the better odds on a flip here.

FK Gorodeya vs FC Minsk Betting Tips:
FK Gorodeya are home underdogs at 2.87 odds. FC Minsk are 2.55 odds here with the draw at 3.10 odds.
Gorodeya had a good little run going before losing to BATE Borisov then drawing with Rukh Brest. At home though I kind of fancy them.
FC Minsk have an electric attack and the third best in the league but also have the worst defensive record. Gorodeya are ahead of them by one point and looking at the stats, I’d say it’s deserved.
