Hi guys,

The BMW Championship this week is on a new course that I am quite unfamiliar with.

Looking through it all, it just seems like a lot of guesswork and I’m not going to bother covering it this week. I much prefer course data or to have some idea of what works on a course when it comes to both tipping and betting.

Figure I will look at some non-PGA tournaments instead this week.

Betting Note: Betting amounts are based on confidence level. My normal betting amounts for the PGA are $125, $250 & $500, although I will go as low as $62.50 and as high as $1,000 on occasion. My most common bet is $125 and if you classify that as 1 unit, then I have made a 667.93 unit profit from 2014-2020. (full stats)

E/W (Each-Way) bets mean you split that amount. So if it is a $250 E/W bet, that means $125 on them to win, $125 on them to place (Usually in the Top 5)

Omega European Masters 2021 Betting Tips:

Richie Ramsay is an interesting one where he pops up on the metrics for me, I see others tipping him, but when I look at current & course form I am just not convinced. Lorenzo-vera is one of those “man I want to have a punt” just based on his course form but can’t find enough to convince me.

Metric wise, Guido Migliozzi should perform well here. Unfortunately 35/1 just doesn’t cut it. If he was 50/1 it would be a play.

$50 on Kalle Samooja 55/1 E/W.

2nd place when they played here last year and a great price for Samooja. He showed last year he had the course form, and he is coming off a great 8th place finish with some excellent stats tee to green and on approach.

$50 on Calum Hill 35/1 E/W

Hasn’t played on this course but I feel he should work out well and contend. Coming in on scintillating form with the 4th place at the Hero Open, and then winning the Cazoo Classid his finish there and hope he hasn’t peaked.

$25 on James Morrison 70/1 E/W

Up there metric wise. His course form doesn’t suggest anything but I’ve liked his game this year.

$25 on Lucas Bjerregarrd 90/1 E/W

Doesn’t really show up on the metrics but perofmred well here in the past, in pretty decent form at the moment.

The Ally Challenge:

I really haven’t focused too much on the Champions Tour this year. Just running the data – maybe Goosen at 9/1 would be a small play to win. Then Woody Austin 33/1 E/W. I’m doing miniscule plays of $15 on them.
