After a busy Monday in the NBA it’s a rather quiet Tuesday with just three games on the board.
Tips wise we went 1-1 with one convincing enough play and a tight loss.
We had the Clippers -5.5. They started strong in that one but the Mavs came back. However the Clippers put up the 4th quarter preformance we expected and covered the spread with a 121-112 victory.
We had the Indiana Pacers +2 but the 8-1 team went 8-2 with a 4 point loss to the Detroit Pistons. Have to admit that one surprised us – I guess the revenge factor WAS a big deal for the Pistons then. Big game for Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin there. Just one of those where the key players turn it on. Pacers did what they could but that 13-2 run in the 4th killed the game off.
Celtics vs Raptors Betting Tips:
If the Celtics turn it on today then so be it.
4 losses in their last 6 games. They are coming in on this one off the back of two road losses. A tough loss against the Bucks then a thumping by the Bulls.
To be fair they do raise their game against the top opponents. They beat Philly on the road and then it was a tight one against the Bucks.
However you have to look at their post all star break form. They’re dwindling. That’s not good.
Raptors had that tough loss to the Magic and will want to get back to winning form. They don’t lose often at home but when they do they bounce back.
I like them to do that tonight.
