UFC 209 takes place on March 4th, 2017 at the T-Mobile Arena and I’m here with your UFC 209 Betting Tips for you.

Unfortunately bad news for this event after Khabib pulled out due to injury. Pretty sure Khabib will be kissing goodbye to any future red panty nights after yet another pull out.

As of now no replacement has been found and we’re not sure the status of the fight.

Still there is a lot more action on this card and it should be a good one.

Let’s get to it.

UFC 209 Betting Tips:

Rashad Evans vs Dan Kelly Betting Tips: It’s a big fight for Dan Kelly. The 12-1 fighter is taking on Evans who will be making the switch to middleweight.

I’m very surprised Dan Kelly is such an underdog in this one. Evans is coming off two straight losses and he’s fight just two fights since November 2013.

The Australian Dan Kelly has had a fairly solid UFC career with his lone loss to Smile’n Sam.

Kelly is a tough worker and he’s picked himself up well after that loss. Evans is good for grinding out a fight but I just don’t think he has it anymore.

Dan Kelly to win.

Nothing I like on the other main card fights. With Hunt vs Overeem you’ve got too many negatives on both sides. Heart may rule the head when it comes to Hunt and with all the frustrations outside the octagon who knows what’s going on in his head.

With Overeem that loss to Stipe may finish him mentally. Basically I wouldn’t touch any fighter or any bet on that one.

Tyron Woodley vs Stephen Thompson:

Thompson did great in the first fight against Woodley, but I’ve got to go with Tyron Woodley to win.

Woodley is an incredible fighter and his only real issue is lack of positioning. However he really is the real deal and controls a fight so well. He’s more accurate than Thompson and has a better takedown defense.

I really just think Tyron is going to be more prepared for this fight than Thompson and I’m taking Woodley to win this one.

UFC 209 Undercard / Prelims Bets:

I’m taking Marcin Tybura to beat Luis Henrique. Tybura started off bad in the UFC but is a very solid fighter with a lot to him such as his wrestling. He’s also able to finish fights and although Henrique has had some impressive results lately I like Tybura to take this one. He’s just more of a complete package.

I’ve also got to take Alcantara over Sanders. I like Sanders for sure from what I’ve seen in him but he hasn’t fought in awhile and Alcantara can be an incredible fighter at times. He’s a fast, fast fighter and I see him taking this one by KO to be honest.

FInally I’m going to take Mark Godbeer to ruin the run that Daniel Spitz is on. I’m impressed Spitz took this fight at the short notice but from what I’ve seen of him there’s nothing impressive. Godbeer is a tough dude and I think he takes this one.
