A reminder that I have already covered the English Premier League Betting Tips for Saturday, January 20th 2019 if anyone is looking for those bets.
I thought that also for Saturday I’d browse around the leagues. Look through a wide variety of leagues in Europe and do some primarily stats based picks.
Here’s what we got:
Belenenses vs Tondela Betting Tips:
This one takes place in the Portugese Primeira Liga.
Belenenses are currently battling for a European qualification spot. They are joint 5th in the league and are one of the most in form teams in the division at the moment.
They’re going against Tondela who are battling against relegation.
Tondela boosted up the table recently after three excellent performances. They got wins over Sporting CP, Santa Clara and Maritimo which was very impressive especially considering Sporting CP beat Belenenses.
However they were brought back down to earth with an away loss to Chaves and that away win over Santa Clara isn’t much to write home about considering Santa Clara are absolutely horrible at home.
Belenenses have some excellent home form and a sturdy defense. Tondela have a solid offenes but they are very leaky especially on the road.
I’ve got to think Belenenses take this one comfortably.

Monaco vs Strasbourgh Betting Tips:
Monaco are yet to win at home this season. They’re second bottom in the league and really not looking too good. They can’t score and they can’t stop conceding.
They’ve managed to string together a couple of draws against Nice and Marseille but now they play a solid Strasbourg team who are coming in off the back of two wins over Toulouse and Nice.
Strasbourg are a solid enough away competitor and this just seems like the type of game that will either be a draw or a 1 goal win. If the latter I’d have to go with Strasbourg as Monaco really don’t look great.

Nimes vs Toulouse Betting Tips:
Nimes are currently 4 points above Toulouse after a solid run of form. They are one of the most in form teams in Ligue 1 at the moment.
Their overall stats aren’t too good but everything they are doing recently is great. They lost against two tough teams in Rennes and Lille and I was concerned after that Rennes thumping but they bounced back against Nantes with a 1-0 win which will give them confidence. Especially their defense who have been stepping up in this in-form run.
I like that to continue here against an inconsistent Toulouse team. They have managed to put in a good few away performances but I just think Nimes are the more in form team and want to get back to a winning streak and will make it two in a row with a win over them here.
