What is the story of the week this week? Is it that Leicester are now around 5/4 to win the league? And as we edge closer and closer to the end of the season, the faith is starting to fade from the prediction legend, but we have committed this long, we have to keep it going, don’t we? Now, he might not have got any correct scores, but he still somehow managed to get four correct results. Big deal, eh? That means Lawro came up with a loss of -11 units. The season’s loss is getting closer to triple figures now, and we’re sitting at an abysmal -71.46 units. It couldn’t be much worse, and we’ve had some shocking results recently. Still, we’re back with a mixed bag of FA Cup action, and also English Premiership action for Lawro to get his teeth into, so hopefully that will change the fortunes of the legend.

So a bit of a fun week this week, with a mix of fixtures to keep us entertained. No real shocks, yet again, in Lawro’s predictions this week. I mean once upon a time, you would say a prediction of 1-1 between Manchester United and West Ham would be a shock, but not this season. In fact, after tonight’s performance from the Red Devils, predicting a West Ham win would perhaps been the sensible option.
