In the English Premiership, Pep Guardiola finally realised that money can’t buy you everything in England, as Antonio Conte’s Chelsea produced a counterattacking masterclass to beat City 3-1. Manchester United realised Fellaini is the biggest liability in the game, as he gave away the penalty which allowed Everton to level the game at 1-1. Arsenal fans realised that November is now over and their usual fun Christmas run can begin. And Liverpool fans? Well, they realised that their defence is awful as Bournemouth came from 3-1 down to win 4-3. But that wasn’t the only shock in the football world over the weekend. Curzon Ashton were 3-0 up in their FA Cup game against AFC Wimbledon, looking to pull off one of the shocks of the round, and after 80 minutes it was all looking good. Then the goals came, and they lost 4-3. Yes, heartbreak for Curzon Ashton fans, but great for the neutral, that’s for sure.

This looks open and shut to me, Colts -1.5 every day, as they’re playing reasonably well, their talismanic quarterback is back and the Jets are just terrible.
Middlesbrough vs Hull Betting Tip
Middlesbrough to win. Why? I’ve actually been impressed with Middlesbrough of late, they’ve been turning in some credible performances and have been scoring goals, unlike the start of the season. Hull have Abel Hernandez missing from the line-up, so where are their goals going to come from? The other revealing stat is that in their last 11 league outings, Hull have won 1, drawn 2 and lost 8 without keeping a clean sheet. Both sides need the win, but Hull just haven’t impressed since the opening day of the season, really, while Middlesbrough are just putting in decent performances and doing their thing. Middlesbrough are just a shade of odds-against, and that looks terrific value.
