The sports schedule isn’t as dead as some people like to pretend it is at this time of the year. There is plenty of baseball, but also the WNBA, Arena Football and Canadian Football League are all in action. Throw in some F1 racing action, golf, the women’s World Cup, and Copa America; and there is plenty of sports on the schedule.

Today we are going to dip into a bit of all of that as I have four tips for four different leagues including some Arena Football action that we don’t typically cover here. This league is still going strong after all these years despite one of the weirdest championships in sports I’ve ever seen taking place last season. (More on that below.)

It won’t always be like this, but for right now there is tons of sports action and tons of good things to bet on. Let’s get into today’s tips.

Arena Football Betting Tips:

Baltimore Brigade at Washington Valor: Washington is the defending Arena Football champions despite finishing last season at 2-10 during the regular season. That.. shouldn’t even really be possible, but it’s Arena Football. It is what it is. Washington is 4-4 this season with a negative point differential thus far. Baltimore is sitting at 5-3 and is looking like the much better team here. This line is set as a PK which feels like a great value on Baltimore.

MLB Betting Tips:

Cincinnati Reds at Milwaukee Brewers: The Brewers got their ace back in Jimmy Nelson, but his first time pitching in over a year has not gone well thus far. He’s gotten hit pretty hard in his first two starts of the year and it could be difficult for him again today. He faces a Reds offense that is getting hotter and the Brewers will have to face the Reds pitching which has been a real strength for them this season. The Reds feel like a great value here as I am taking a believe it when I see it approach to Nelson.

CFL Betting Tips:

Saskatchewan Roughriders at Ottawa Redblacks: The lack of Zach Collaros will really hurt the Roughriders here as they are going with Cody Farjado as their QB here. The Redblacks got a huge win in week one over Calgary that really showed their resilience. Despite four interceptions on offense, they never gave up and crawled back to win this game and put their stamp on the season. This looks like a great place to grab the Redblacks.

Bet Ottawa -4.5

WNBA Betting Tips:

Washington Mystics at Las Vegas Aces: This is a match-up of the two highest scoring teams in the WNBA and I am expecting a lot of fireworks here. These two teams were 1-1 in games played last season (there was also a very weird forfeit situation) and this should be another good one here. With these two offenses and the smart guard play of both of them, I have the total going over here.
