We’re one week off from the Masters, and there’s a good schedule of golf this week.

The PGA, European Tour, LPGA and Champions Tour are all in action. Of course the PGA tour sees quite a few of the tip guys missing but the RBC have managed to get Jason Day to participate in the RBC Heritage at least and that’ll be nice to see.

The NHL Playoffs also begin today and man we are so pumped. Going to be a lot of interesting series that’s for sure.

Let’s get to it:

NHL Playoffs Betting Tips:

Let’s cover each series real quickly before we get into the golf.

We’re going to take the Penguins to win their series over the Rangers. We also have the Stars -1.5 over the Wild, Blackhawks to beat the Blues and Lightning vs Red Wings to go to Game 7.

We’re on Ducks -1.5 and Kings -1.5 and of course Capitals -1.5. Finally we’re on Islanders/Panthers to go to Game 7 as well.

Golf Betting Tips:

First up in the Espana De Open, we’re going to bet Rafael Cabrera-Bello, Soren Kjeldsen and David Lipsky. All of them have shown some form in recent weeks and we think the Valderrama Golf Club may suit them. We don’t have course history per se but we’ve been able to look at the Andalucia Masters which was held here to get a feel for what should matter in the Espana De Open.

in the RBC Heritage we’ve got to go with the +5000 Luke Donald. He’s not playing solid at the moment but his form at this course is something that can’t be ignored and with the likes of Spieth etc not participating we think he has a great chance of making the top 5.

We’re also taking Matt Kuchar who really has everything going for him – course form and current form. Unfortunately we don’t think he has what it takes to win it but we’ll back him to win and E/W anyway because we’d be sick if he did win it as opposed to a Top 5 finish.

Small value bet on Jerry Kelly who we noticed play well at the Puerto Rico Open and Kelly has also shown he can handle this course fairly well.

In the LPGA it’s the Lotte Championship. This is an interesting one and we’re going to take Suzann Pettersen for the win but also bet it E/W. I actually am making that bet more on the fact that I had her here last year and she was doing quite well until picking up an injury.

This is a very tricky course and if you look at the leaderboards the past few years very few golfers will remain above par and be consistent. One golfer to do that is Inbee Park and we shall be taking her to win.

That’s all the golf tips for this week. Enjoy.
