It was an excellent, excellent week for us in the golf last week with the Masters, and great to have a positive result at a Major.

Here was the final winning bet slips:

It was quite funny because we’re busy cheering on Lee Westwood. However then he starts doing REALLY REALLY GOOD and suddenly we’re not cheering him as much – because oh man if he had managed to win it at 200/1 I would have been bloody sick.

Following the Masters, we have four tournaments this week so a busy week. We’ve got the Open De Espana, RBC Heritage, Lotte Championship and Mitsubishi Electric Classic.

Let’s get to this weeks free golf betting tips:

Espana De Open Betting Tips:

No real course history to look at on this one although we can get a general idea. It’s held at the Valderrama Golf Club which previously hosted the Andalucia Masters in 2010 and 2011. It’s also previously held the WGC American Express Championship, and the 1997 Ryder Club. Tremendous course and looking forward to seeing the Espana De Open take place.

It’s a pity Jimenez isn’t playing because dude owned this course, and it’d be interesting to see how he does here. We’re not feeling super confident this week as it’s such a tricky course. After a slight blip in form, we’ll take Rafael Cabrera-Bello to win and E/W for a quarter unit. We’ll also take the exact same bet on the dane Soren Kjeldsen who looks to have come into some slight form lately.

Finally the same bet on David Lipsky. We’ve noticed some impressive form from him and he seems to be darn consistent. His tied for 10th at the Indian Open was very impressive considering his +3 3rd round and the way he bounced back he might just surprise is.

RBC Heritage Betting Tips:

A few of the top guys like Jordan Spieth, Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson are skipping this one following the Masters. This leaves Jason Day at a ridiculous price of 6/1 with the next in the field Paul Casey and Brandt Snedeker at 18/1. Insane odds and it makes pretty much everyone else +EV in my opinion.

First up is the 50/1 Luke Donald who we’re on for a unit to win and E/W. Donald has had 5 Top 5 finishes in the last 7 years at this course and tournament. His form as of late has been jittery but he’s shown this course matches up well to him.

While we don’t think he has it in him to win, we’ll do a half unit on Matt Kuchar to win and E/W. Kuchars form here has been great and I like what I’ve seen from him in recent weeks. He’s been consistent if lacking that “oomph” and we think he has what it takes, with Spieth etc out, to cement himself in a top 5 finish here at least.

We’ll do a quarter unit on Jerry Kelly to win and E/W. Some solid performances here in the past and he’s got that Top 10 finish at the Sony Open a few months back. He had some solid performances at the Valspar Championship and Puerto Rico Open and might just surprise us here.

Lotte Championship Betting Tips:

We haven’t had much luck this year with LPGA. Actually in 2016 we’re yet to win any LPGA bets. This time last year we’d had multiple including a 100/1 place and an 18/1 winner! Hopefully we can turn things around here. Last year we were on Suzann Pettersen and she started well but got injured. We’re not fully confident but we’ll place half a unit on Pettersen to win and E/W.

Finally we’ll take Inbee Park to win for half a unit.
