It’s Sunday, the end of another great week of sports, and, as always, we have a whole host of NFL action to get stuck into. On top of that, qualifying for the European Championship continues with another nine games. It’s what Sundays were made for – sports and sports betting. The only downside is there’s no Formula One Grand Prix for us to make a killing on!

Yesterday, we had a decent enough day. The highlight, of course, being that the Swiss finally repaid our faith in them with a huge 4-0 win over Lithuania. 30 shots, 13 on target sums up the Swiss ideology for the game – they attack and attack and attack. We’ll be looking to the Swiss during the qualifying a lot more, because we think they’re finally hit top gear. Our soccer tipster was also overjoyed with his pick of Luton – the lower leagues are often priced up a little incorrectly, and he took advantage with his pick of Luton to win. Needless to say, he enjoyed his Saturday night.

Anyway, let’s get right into the tips, and we’ll start with some more soccer.

European Championship Qualifying Tips

Italy vs Croatia Betting Tips

This is perhaps the tie of the weekend – both teams are in great form, and this is a huge game for qualification from Group H. Croatia and Italy are tied for top spot, and the Croatians have surprised many with their defense – they’ve yet to concede in 3 games and have scored 9 goals. The Italians have scored 5, conceded 1. Add to this that the Croatians have a great record against the Italians – they’ve not lost in the last 6 meetings – and there is a recipe for an intriguing game. We can’t split them, but we definitely see this being a low-scoring affair. It will be one for the defense lovers out there, as we’re not going to see a lot of goals in this, so we’re going to be backing under 2.5 goals in the Italy vs Croatia match. Their last meeting 2 years ago was 1-1, expect more of the same!

Azerbaijan vs Norway.

We can’t see how Norway can lose here. Yes, they are away from home, but they’re playing Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan have lost all three of their games in Group H, conceding 10 and scoring 2 in the process. Norway have won 2, lost 1, their loss coming against the high-flying Italians. Norway will go in knowing that they have to win to keep their slim hopes alive. The bookies have them at a shade of odds-on, so get stuck in and watch the price plummet before kick-off when everyone realises the Scandinavians are overpriced. Get all over Norway to beat Azerbaijan as son as possible, as it kicks off in just under two hours.

November 16th NFL Betting Picks:

Lions vs Cardinals: A big week for the Cardinals, as we’re going to see how Drew Stanton copes with the pressure of being a starting quarterback. We think it might be a bit too big of a task, especially with the visiting Lions playing some great football. The line for this one is -1.5, and we think the strong Lions offense will be too much against a Cardinals offense that has some question marks over it at the moment. Get on Lions -1.5.

Eagles vs Packers: The Aaron Rodgers Show will continue today against Philadelphia, with the Packers showing some amazing form, especially at home. A 41-point win over the Bears last week highlighted how powerful the Packers’ offense is. Mark Sanchez is going to face a stiff task against the Packers D-line, too, and although he played well last week, it’s a huge ask in only his second start for the Eagles. Packers -6.5 is our play here all day long.
