A disappointing day of results yesterday unfortunately with our only win being the Denver Nuggets. A lot of frustrating games out there – but we’ve had a lot of solid results going into yesterday so it’s not the end of the world to have an off day.

Just hopefully can bounce back tonight.

We get a lot of people visiting here for the golf betting tips. Understandably considering we’ve given 40/1 winners in the past couple months! In case you’re not aware this is the golf off season. We have some European Tour events next week and then the week after – but then they are off until January 8th.

The PGA doesn’t return until January 9th, and the LPGA is a late starter as the first event of the 2015 LPGA season is scheduled for January 28th.

Although the Champions Tour schedule isn’t released yet, expect a kickoff date of January 16th or January 23rd for that one.

We’ll hopefully have European Tour betting tips for you next week for that tournament. It’s the Nedbank Golf Challenge which is always an interesting one.

And of course F1 is done too but that’s okay – alot of other sports we can provide betting tips on for you.

NHL Betting Tips:

Lightning vs Rangers: St Louis returns to Tampa in what should be a big game. Both teams have the ability to light it up offensively and that’s what we will be going with here. Take Over 5.5 goals at a healthy 2.05 price.

Jets vs Sabres: The Sabres are doing something that is quite foreign to them – WINNING. They’ve racked up 3 big wins in a row, and are going up against the Jets. Honestly it almost feels like a trap play – Jets aren’t that strong this season, are playing a double header, and yet the Sabres are big underdogs at 2.35 odds? Yikes. Either way – we just have to take them as it’d be a mistake not to, and you may even want to consider Sabres -1. 3.75 odds for that and if Sabres win by 1 it’s a push, and if they win by 2 or more it’s a big massive win.

Islanders vs Capitals: Even with Ovechkin, we like the Islanders. But without him? Ouch. Of course the Capitals may up their game without him – it happens sadly. But we’ll roll the dice anyway – Islanders in regulation.

UEFA Champions League Betting Tips:

Malmo vs Juventus: Going to go with a value bet here of Malmo or Draw at 3.75 and we’d recommend getting on Malmo to win at 11/1. They could pull off the upset here. Juventus will win most likely – but we think Malmo are good enough at home to justify a bet on 11/1 as well as on Malmo or Draw.

This is one of those bets that are going to lose often though – so only bet if you don’t mind a solid value bet here or there.

NBA Betting Tips:

Kings vs Rockets: Dwight Howard possibly out tonight, and Kings had Casspi step up. Rockets defense is solid, but we think the Kings can keep this one very close. Plus if Gay is back – even better. Kings +5.

Clippers vs Pistons: Always a good matchup for the Clippers, and with Griffin and Paul on fire going to go with them to cover the -8 point spread.

Wizards vs Cavs: Despite 24 turnovers the other night, Wizards only lost by 4. Obviously any game featuring Lebron is tricky – you never know when he’s going to turn things around. But Washington have been solid. Hopefully Nene will play but even if not they can still keep it close. Take Wizards +7.

Blazers vs Hornets: Blazers have been ridiculously good on defense, and their offense is starting to heat up too. We think they can beat the Hornets easily and will be taking the Trail Blazers -6.

Warriors vs Magic: Magic struggling huge and so many injuries – going up against a surging Warriors team. This ain’t gonna be pretty. Warriors -9.
