A 1-1 day for a decent little profit in the EPL yesterday as our win was a 1u play at 2.40 odds and our loss was a 0.5u play.
Our loss was Brighton vs Wolves ending in a draw. Brighton scored early in the 2nd half and that was that. To Wolves credit they had their chances with 25 attempts on goal and 7 shots on target. They just couldn’t get the ball in the net.
We won a nice and easy one with Bournemouth beating Fulham. They surprised me to be honest with a big 3-0 thrashing but that was lovely to see.
Awful story coming out of Leicester as it looks like the owner was on board the helicopter that crashed. Scenes from that were horrific. A reminder of just how fragile life can be.
Burnley vs Chelsea Betting Tips:
Chelsea are currently third in the league with a game in hand over Liverpool and this one will even it up. They’ve been impressive away with 10 points out of a potential 12. They dropped points at West Ham in a surprising 0-0 draw.
Burnley had a nice little run going and then it was stopped abruptly with the 5-0 loss to Manchester City. They haven’t been too solid at home but they did manage to thump Bournemouth 4-0 which is impressive.
Chelsea have been a bit disappointing in recent times and after the game against Man Utd I think we see a more professional performance. They’re averaging 2 goals a game away and Burnley can score at hime. I like this one to have the goals.

Crystal Palace vs Arsenal Betting Tips:
The price on the Gunners is too good to ignore.
3 wins out of 4 at home and on a great streak going up against Palace who have yet to win at home this seaosn. They’ve been very poor and can’t even score a goal at home!!!
They’re missing players due to injury too and have a couple players battling illness.
Arsenal are coming off their European game in midweek and have their own players missing.
However for Arsenal the main issue is complacency. They haven’t had it yet but it’s possible this is where it strikes. So we’ll be conservative.

Hearts vs Celtic Betting Tips:
This one is in the cup but you have to think the metrics apply here.
Hearts are scoring at an excellent rate and we have seen Celtic score in the league. I like that to continue here as Celtics goalscoring ratio is still below their xG. After that European disaster you have to think Brendan read them the riot act. But I don’t think they can stop the Hearts offense.
