Last week was a bust in the golf unfortunately. Couple of the players played well enough to get below par, but it wasn’t enough to make the cut. Very disappointing honestly.

We move onto the PGA Championship. I’ve said it before – from a betting perspective, I much prefer the lesser tournaments to the Majors. In saying that from an entertainment perspective – can’t beat the Majors. This course with the renovations looks super good too.

E/W is Top 8 so that will be factored in on my betting.

Let’s dive right in – going to be quick on the write-ups as it’s the Europa League Final today and I have a lot of alcohol I need to consume to calm the nerves.

Lot of guess work too for this course which is never fun. Alas as much as I’d love to dedicate a good amount of units to a major, it’s going to be smaller bets.

Unfortunately you’re going to be disappointed. Looking through everything, I am really not seeing as much as I’d like here in terms of bets.

Betting Note: Betting amounts are based on confidence level. My most common bet is $125 and if you classify that as 1 unit, then I have made a 628.30 unit profit from 2014-2021. Betting size varies greatly based on confidence. (full stats)

E/W (Each-Way) bets mean you split that amount. So if it is a $250 E/W bet, that means $125 on them to win, $125 on them to place (Usually in the Top 5)

$125 on Jon Rahm To Win 12/1

I may regret this one. It’s between him and Scottie. Scottie is the more complete player. Rahm has struggled a tad this year. But he showed we can’t count him out. Tee-to-green is a big factor here and this is exactly what he excels in. I don’t know how his putting will be here and that is the one concern.

$25 on Adam Hadwin 200/1 E/W, $25 Top 40 at 2/1

If you want a big longshot bet, here’s your man. By the metrics I am guessing at for this course, I think he suits it.

Unfortunately that’s all I’ve got this week. The lack of course data really makes it tough.
