I must say – it’s so easy to sit here and decide “nah I’ll skip today” when it comes to tips just due to such a lack of data for a lot of the main leagues.
It’s obviously tough to bet when there is so few games played so far and I like to have some general data to back me up.
However I’m going to try and force myself to bet every day and write soccer betting tips regardless here.
So this Tuesday we have the La Liga. Two games on the go. Teams have played 1-3 games in La Liga so far so I mean not tons of data but I’m good with diving into the games regardless.

La Liga Betting Tips:
Real Sociedad vs Valencia:
Real Sociedad are 1.60 favourites to win here. They have started the season strong with a little unbeaten run. Draws against Vallodid and Real Madrid were followed up by a solid 3-0 win over Elche.
Valencia have been a bit erratic. They thumped Levante 4-3 but then lost to Celta Vigo and drew with Huesca.
Looking at the advanced metrics, Valencia xG wise are performing above expectations so far and xGA wise as well. Basically they could be in for a tough day here. Sociedad do have a fair amount of injury issues but have been performing well regardless.
1.60 is too much for me. Based on the advanced metrics, I think Sociedad should get a good little victory here. I’ll go with a small play of 0.5u on Real Sociedad -1.5 at 2.62 odds.
Getafe vs Real Betis:
Two games for Getafe and two clean sheets against Osasuna and Alaves. Real Betis beat Alaves and Valladolid then lost to Real Madrid.
Real Betis are 3.40 underdogs for this one. They have a high xGA while Getafe have a low one obviously. Betis have an average xGA.
Question is if Betis can bounce back or not. Still missing quite a few players and Emerson being out is tough.
Actually this is one where I have talked myself out of a bet. I was going to take Betis or Draw but the odds weren’t good and when looking at Betis last year, they weren’t the best bounce back team.
I’m going to go with 0.5u on the draw at 3.20 instead. Risky one but it’s plausible.
