We had Scottie Scheffler to win the Charles Schwab last week, but unfortunately he fell short coming 3rd. he was off by just a stroke to force a playoff, with that bad day 3 costing us the win there.

The 80/1 Brendon Todd was kind of hanging in there but just couldn’t get going and replicate his solid 69 in Day 1. Brian Harman had a disastrous final day, and Russell Henley just couldn’t match his excellent day 1 performance.

This week we have The Memorial Tournament.

The Memorial Tournament Bets:

Since the redesign, we’ve learned that this course is tough and GIR is the biggest metric with both Horschel and Cantlay #1 in that on this course the last two years. This can be a very challenging course, and GIR & scrambling are the two major metrics for me here.

1/4u on Scottie Scheffler To Win @ 7.50

It’s always tough to go back to someone that just cost you a win, but I’m fine with rolling on Scottie again. He stands out for me on this one, and with some more top guys in there, his odds have moved up slightly.

To be honest, I’d prefer a much better price considering some of the competition this week. But I still think he is worth it.

Rahm is very close as well BTW. I had to choose between both of them and I decided on Scottie. But if you like Rahm, bet him. It’s a fine pick and this course suits him so well. 10th last year in what was a weak time period for him, and he was crushing it the year prior before COVID. Which I remember all too well as I had backed him!

Cantlay at 10/1 is fine as well.

1/4u on Tyrrell Hatton To Win & E/W @ 25/1

Playing quite well, refreshed after the break last week, and he has only played here once so I think people might sleep on him. His game suits this course well. And I mean look how piss-poor he started at the PGA Championship, and then he ended up 15th. That’s impressive, and I think he will be up for it this week.

Unfortunately, that’s all that are popping out for me.
