Gameday 2 of the UEFA Champions League is back. Normally I groan when it comes to betting and tipping on the Champions League, however last time I did Champions League tips for Gameday 1 I adopted a more casual approach.

I would analyze and bet every game and I’d pick two of those bets to make “main” bets.

I had a lot of fun with that so let’s do that again. Now I am looking forward to the Champions League more.

Frustrating 0-2 on Monday. Pogba started for Man Utd so we went for the win over the draw. It ended up being 1-1 there. We had the draw in Parma vs Torino at 3.40 odds and that one was good until the 88th minute, when Parma scored to win 3-2. So many late goals lately have been brutal for us. Oh well.

Let’s get on with it:

Atalanta vs Shakhtar Donetsk Betting Tips:

I correctly bet against Atalanta last time out. I had a feeling they would struggle against the experienced Dinamo Zagreb.

However the first game jitters are out of the way. They’re going up against Shakhtar who often struggle on the road. Granted domestically they are playing bloody excellent at the moment and have 9 wins out of 9 games.

However Atalanta have fixed their stuttering domestic form themselves with a 2-0 win against Roma then another againat Sassuolo. Everyone is scoring for them and they are looking hungry. Being at home after two away games will spur them on too.

3u on Atalanta to win. 1.83 odds, bet it at https://www.Bovada.lv

Real Madrid vs Club Brugge Betting Tips:

It’s been a bit of a rough time for Real Madrid but that thumping by PSG has seemingly woke them up. They have put in three solid performances domestically and not conceded. Going to Atletico Madrid and getting a clean sheet was impressive.

Club Brugge are unbeaten after 8 games domestically and had an impressive 0-0 draw over Galatasaray. However I’ve got to think Real Madrid bounce back strong here and show some real flex.

I do wonder if Real will be all business. In my head I am predicting something like Real 2-0.

I’m going to play it a bit conservative in terms of the odds.

3u on Real Madrid -1.5 (they must win by at least 2). 1.72 odds, bet it at https://www.Bovada.lv

Other Games:

0.5u bets unless specified.

Tottenham vs Bayern Munich: Very tempting to go with Munich here the way Tottenham are defensively at the moment. However with this being Munichs biggest test you know they’d be happy with a draw here. Harry Kane has been on fire though and at 1..95 odds, I’ll bet Kane to score anytime.

Galatasaray vs PSG: Galatasaray drew 0-0 while PSG beat real. Galatasaray have really struggled in the league this season. PSG though aren’t a team I feel super confident about having watched them in Ligue 1. Could be an upset. 0.25u on Galatasaray or Draw. 3.25 odds.

Juventus vs Leverkusen:Juve are strong favourites here. They drew with Atletico Madrid 2-2 while Leverkusen lost to Lokomotiv. I used Bet365s bet builder for Juve to win & Under 5 Goals. 1u on that one, 1.83 odds.

Lokomotiv vs Atletico Madrid: What an impressive win for Lokomotiv beating Leverkusen. Atletico Madrid are stumbling a bit at the moment so could there be an upset? I mean Lokomotiv just beat Zenit too so you can’t count them out. I’m fine with the small bet on Lokomotiv or Draw at 2.20 odds.

Manchester City vs Dinamo Zagreb: Props to Zagreb for that win over Atalanta but they will most likely come crashing back to earth here. I don’t think they even get on the scoresheet tomorrow. I’ll back City to win to nil at 1.66 odds.

Red Star vs Olympiakos: This could be a tight game. Both teams performing well domestically and both battling for 3rd place here. No serious thoughts I’ll go with Under 2.5 goals. 1.80 odds.
