Well the EPL title race got off to a bang yesterday with Brighton going up 1-0 against Man City. Sadly that didn’t last too long as Sergio Aguero scored right away, then Aymeric Laporte scored 10 minutes later and City just piled on after that.

City ran out 4-1 winners in the end.

I must admit I am hoping City win a couple of more. I’m always a good fan of a dynasty and seeing how a team commits to keep it going, and seeing other teams try and push them off their perch. While City have been a strong force in the EPL they’ve not been dominant with teams such as Man Utd, Chelsea and Leicester also winning titles this decade.

The primary leagues are wrapping up their seasons but I’ll still be providing tips every single day so don’t worry about that. There’s a lot of football out there! There may just be a lot of small plays in leagues I’m not familiar with when the pics are purely stats based. I may take a couple of days off here and there though because I mean it’s going to be Summer soon – lots of nice weather means lots of patio drinking!

To be honest I find it a lot of fun. I don’t just look at stats – I take the time to learn about a league first or refresh my memory of it, study the results and the players etc. I’ll even look them up in Football Manager at times just to get an idea of how the players are graded from that perspective.

Anyhoo let’s tackle some random football for Tuesday, May 14th. I’ll be sure to mention the leagues each one is in too to make it easier for you. We’re going to go with the third division in Austria today, which is split into three groups. We’ll be handling the Regionalliga Mitte – the Central Division. It’s a weird league where teams can actually decline promotion and have did so etc. Like a couple of years ago only the Central team went up.

ATSV Stadl-Paura vs SV Allerheiligen Betting Tips:

Both teams are at the top half of the league with Stadl-Paura 2nd place but way off Grazer AK, and Allerheiligen in fifth place, 7 points behind Stadl-Paura.

Stadl-Paura are an excellent team both home and away and have one of the best offencss in the league. They are coming off a crushing 5-0 loss away to Gurten who are a mid table team at best.

Allerheiligen have a stout defence which is the reason they are doing so well in the league. I like ATSV Stadl-Paura to bounce back though – they are very good at home while Allerheiligen struggle away. That was highlighted by thumpings by Pellets WAC B and Gleisdorf recently.

SK Sturm Graz II vs UVB Vocklamarkt Betting Tips:

This one I am betting due to Vocklamarkts performances away more than anything else. They just really struggle here. Sturm Graz II aren’t a banker as they are very inconsistent this season.

They’re a fairly average side but I think they have what it takes here. As an example of the home/road split Vocklamarkt have 34pts in 13 games at home, but just 10pts in 12 games away.

3u on SK Sturm Grazz II to win. 2.25 odds on the B team at https://www.Bovada.lv
