The Denmark to win odds are decent – but I think a higher price is what I would want to see before I go to that one. Holland also have short odds against a well-seasoned opponent. I also don’t like the odds for the draw.
In this situation, I think we need to look at the match handicap. Holland -1 is currently 8/5 – this is a bet I like. What we are betting here is that Holland will win with a minimum of two goals. It’s a bet that I really do like because every scenario I run through in my head makes sense.
The Netherlands will play a very patient game, and open Denmark up. Denmarks defense just isn’t good enough to stop Holland. And if Holland get a goal, then the floodgates can open with Denmark pushing up.
