It was a 1-1 day for a 1u loss on April 23rd.
We had Tottenham to win without conceding a goal. That one was a tad nervewracking as we had to wait until the 88th minute for Christian Eriksen to put the ball away but a win is a win.
On the other end of things we had Watford to win. Unfortunately when you go down 1-0 after 7 seconds that can affect things somewhat! What an incredible moment for Shane Long though but that one was heartbreaking. Watford were able to tie it up in the 90th minute with a goal from Andre Gray.
Gray is someone to keep an eye on with the live betting as he’s pretty good for those late goals. If you remember he got one a month ago against Leicester in the 92nd minute.
I’m going to look ahead to this weekends Bundesliga games now – haven’t paid Germany as much attention as I’d like this season even though I’ve been watching at least one live game a week, then the highlights of the rest.
Borussia Dortmund vs Schalke 04 Betting Tips:
Dortmund are 1 point behind Bayern Munich after that recent 5-0 thrashing, and come into this one against Schalke who are 4th bottom in the Bundesliga. They’re practically safe from relegation though bare a disaster.
Dortmund are an incredible team at home and I’ve got to think they have their fun with Schalke.
We saw it in the game against Freiburg – a solid and dominant team performance from Dortmund who spread the goals around with their three top scorers, Paco Alcacer, Marco Reus and Jadon Sancho all getting on the score sheet.
This’ll be the first Revierderby double win for Dortmund in 7 years if they can do it and I think they will be able to. Mario Gotze is expected to start here. Schalke struggle to score with their top goalscorer being Daniel Caliguiri with a whopping five.
I like a solid and professional performance from Dortmund here. I’ve seen them slip up in terms of conceding goals with home so I am not too confident about the clean sheet.

Dusseldorf vs Werder Bremen Betting Tips:
I think we are getting a decent price on Bremen here.
They are battling for a European spot and even the top 4 is still a possibility for them. Only 7 points behind Eintract Frankfurt you can’t rule them out.
They had an incredible run going and then lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich after being reduced to 10 men when Milos Veljkovic got sent off. Granted Munich bloody dominated them but they still can come out of that one feeling good they didn’t get a proper thrashing.
It’s just a question of whether they can bounce back or not. It’s a tight one but I think that yes they can and they can get a win over Dusseldorf, who really have nothing to play for at this point.
