Some fun results during the Champions League in mid-week.

On Tuesday I lost the bet on Atalanta vs Liverpool under 3.5 goals as Liverpool absolutely battered them. Amazing performance from the Scousers. What was “nice” was they hit 4 goals by the 50 minute mark. if I’m going to lose I’d rather not sweat it ya know?

I had Porto to win and they duly delivered with a nice 3-0 thrashing of Marseille. I also backed Man City/Ajax double which came in although I did add a note that I no longer advised it due to the covid outbreak on the Ajax end. They still pulled off the win.

Lukaku was out so hopefully you bet Real Madrid to win.

I said it wouldn’t surprise me if Utd had an Ole failure and boy did that happen. Wish I had bet it that was something. Wednesday was an 0-2 day ultimately. How about that PSG implosion? Amazing stuff.

We’ve got 4 EPL games on November 7th, 2020 so let’s look at all of those:

November 7th, 2020 Betting Tips:

Everton vs Man Utd:

Everton come into this having lost their last two matches after such a great start to the season. Man Utd come in off that European disaster.

Everton will be hoping to get Rodriguez back but Richarlison is still out which is a big loss for them. Honestly the way Man Utd are these days – whenever Ole gets under pressure they seem to pull something out. Despite on paper this being a tight matchup I think Ole will work some magic and will do 1u on Man Utd to win at 2.37 odds.

Crystal Palace vs Leeds:

Both teams come into this off losses. Leeds are slight favourites here. Palace rely heavily on Zaha. Leeds defensively were looking solid for awhile before Leicester thumped them.

This is a tight one and I could see it being canceled out. 0.5u on the draw at 3.40 odds.

Chelsea vs Sheff Utd:

Chelsea look to continue their solid form as they take on Sheff Utd who have just the one point. Despite that defensively Sheff Utd haven’t been too bad. This could be a tight low scoring affair. 1u on Under 2.5 goals at 2.10West Ham vs Fulham:

West Ham lost to Liverpool but were looking good. At home they have been solid and Fulham haven’t shown much to me yet. 1u on West ham to win at 1.83 odds. Will be interesting seeing if Moyes sticks with Haller or not.
