We are getting closer and closer to the start of the NBA Playoffs and the seeds are starting to get locked in.
The Bucks will take on the Magic and the Raptors will take on the Nets in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. Honestly, it would be a shock to see either of those series lasting longer than four games. The real competitions are still to be decided including a fun Pacers-Heat game tonight.

Indiana Pacers vs. Miami Heat Betting Tips:
It looks like Jimmy Butler and Goran Dragic are going to play today and if that happens this is going to be a very difficult match-up for the Pacers. Indiana has been one of the best teams in the bubble at 4-1 with T.J. Warren putting up some of the best numbers of his career during these games.
The match-up between Warren and Butler is going to be the highlight of the night tonight as these two have a history between them.

Butler has referred to Warren as being “soft” and called him “trash” so, yeah, this should be good. This game has real stakes too as these two teams are currently tied for the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference.
Well, sort of real stakes because it doesn’t really matter who is four and who is five in a series with no home court. That said, the 76ers are right there behind them and the Celtics are in reach for the third. At best this is an important match for seeding, at worst it is a preview of a first round series that could be really heated. This is definitely the game of the night.
All things being equal, the Heat are simply a much better team. They have more depth and better stars. The regular season saw the Pacers with a better Defensive Rating, but I think ultimately the Heat can peak higher defensively when everyone is healthy and locked in. They are going to be pretty close to that tonight with Butler and Dragic back and I think the Heat should be able to grab the win here.
Denver Nuggets at Los Angeles Lakers Betting Tips:
I am really enjoying the weird Denver Nuggets lineups, but they are getting close to being back to normal with Jamal Murray back and Michael Porter Jr. thriving. These last few games don’t matter much for them for seeding, but they are important from a chemistry standpoint as the team looks to gel before the playoffs begin.
The Lakers are a much better team, obviously, but I just don’t know how much they are going to care about this with the top seed locked up. Practically their whole roster is listed on the injury list in some shape or form so I think we are going to see limited minutes and some rest here.
An issue with the Nuggets has been three pointers allowed, but I don’t see that being a big issue here. The Lakers can’t let it fly like teams like the Blazers can. The Nuggets have the size to match-up with the Lakers big men and I think they can keep this one close enough.
