We had a massive win on Thursday, with the Atlanta Falcons. We said the line should have been at least 10.5 and that 6 was a gift – but in hindsight even 30.5 points would not have been enough!

Of course even though we easily won the Falcons -6 bet, it’s one of those bets where personally we are kicking ourselves for not betting more.

It also doesn’t help matters that in the fantasy league we’re in together, one of us has both Hester and Julio Jones and is now sitting pretty with over 50 freaking points. Ugh.

If you missed it, we had Singapore Grand Prix, UFC Fight Night Hunt vs Nelson and Bellator 125 Betting Tips all in this article yesterday.

The golf has gotten off to a good start too, with the 12-1 Joost Luiten leading the ISPS Handa Wales, and the 40-1 Mi Jung Hur leading the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic.

We’re going to go with some EPL Betting Tips today and some rugby.

EPL Betting Tips: Aston Villa vs Arsenal

If you took the team names out of this and called them “Team A” and “Team B” then you’d have no trouble jumping all over the Aston Villa price at 15/4.

Villa are 2nd in the league after 4 games with 3 wins and 1 draw. Arsenal meanwhile have 1 win and 3 draws.

Arsenal haven’t had the easiest start to the campaign though and have held up well against the likes of Man City and Everton. But watching Aston Villa they have been fantastic – the way they held up against Liverpool, and even wins over Hull and Stoke were very impressive.

This is one game where you don’t even think about it. The odds are reflecting on the fact that it’s Arsenal, and not the way the teams are currently playing.

Bet: The red hot Aston Villa to win. A solid value bet at https://www.Bovada.lv for 15/4 odds.

EPL Betting Tips: Newcastle vs Hull

Newcastle are a team in crisis at the moment as we saw from that result against Southampton. They’re yet to win this season, and going up against a Hull team who are a good match for them.

Hull have been unlucky this season. Villa and Stoke look to be good starters so a loss and a draw respectively isn’t the worst thing. Hull have all the new players in and while it may take them time to gel, it means they are unpredictable as well.

We are going to go with the value bet on Hull. Can’t resist the 11/4 odds.

Bet: Another value bet – this time on the away team. Bet Hull 11/4 odds at https://www.Bovada.lv.

NRL Betting Tips: Canterbury Bulldogs vs Manly Sea Eagles

Manly Sea Eagles is just the best name ever, isn’t it?

However on the road it’s more like the Womanly Sea Eagles, as they aren’t a solid team away. The Bulldogs are on a big run at the moment, having won their last game 23-16 and are coming off a huge win over the Melbourne Storm.

The key factor though is that Manly Sea Eagles main player Anthony Watmouth is suspended. He is a key player and a big loss.

Bet: Bulldogs to cover the -2 spread. Bet NRL at https://www.Bovada.lv
