Hi guys,
Tomorrow in England is primarily the FA Cup. I’ve been focusing on the EPL a lot in the few times I’ve been able to write tips the last few months so won’t have anything for England this weekend. Bloody hate cup competitions when it comes to betting honestly.
Instead I’ll have a quick look at Serie A. Four games on the go on January 23rd.
Unfortunately 3 of the games have fairly heavy favourites but hey we’ll have a wee look anyway and hopefully something steps up.
Let’s get to it:
Serie A Betting Tips: Jan 23, 2021
Spezia vs Roma:
Roma come into this one in 4th place while Spezia are 13th. Roma however have hit a couple of road bumps lately against top opposition, with a draw against Inter and a loss against Lazio. Spezia meanwhile have managed to get a nice little run of form going with wins over Sampdoria and Napoli, and a draw against Torino.
These two teams of course just met in the cup and it was a shocker as Spezia got the win in incredible fashion, winning 4-2 in an absolute belter of a game.
I think there is value in goals here following that fiery matchup. 1u on Both Teams to Score at 1.70. Spezia have a good scoring rate and Roma concede on average 1.61 goals per game. They have a low xG but have some good finishing.
Atalanta vs AC Milan:
A very even game odds wise. Atalanta come into this one struggling a wee bit but they are a hard team to beat. Milan however got Zlatan back.
Considering what draw specialists Atalanta are, I’m completely fine with 2u on AC Milan Draw No Bet.
Inter Milan vs Udinese:
Inter pretty heavy favourites. No surprise. Don’t see them losing although Udinese are pretty solid at getting the ball in the net. I’m tempted by BTTS but man that Inter performance last week against Juve was immense. I’m scared Inter can build on that and so not going to back anything here.
Crotone vs Fiorentina:
Not seeing any value here. Fiorentina should win but 1.60 odds makes it not worth a bet and they make a meal of it at times.
